🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager at TJ Maxx, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations for our German market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimize inventory management, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise to our stores. Your reporting line will be to the Head of Supply Chain Operations, and you will have a direct impact on the success of our business in Germany.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Manage and optimize inventory levels across our distribution centers and stores in Germany.

Collaborate with vendors and logistics providers to negotiate better rates and improve service levels.

Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and execute process improvements to reduce lead times and increase productivity.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain operations.

Lead and mentor a team of supply chain coordinators and analysts to achieve business objectives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving cost savings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or a related field.

Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.

Knowledge of logistics and transportation management.

Strong understanding of German transportation regulations and laws.
