šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for FedEx's Asia Pacific operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise will help drive the growth and success of FedEx's business in the region. You will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader and will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including job postings, social media campaigns, and employee referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment materials. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. Conduct interviews and assessment sessions to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit with the company culture. Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing and talent evaluation techniques. Analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and diversity metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and provide recommendations for implementation.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of metrics and analytics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent management platforms. Experience with social media recruitment and online job boards.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI. Experience working in a logistics or transportation company. Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations. Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Filipino, and/or another language spoken in the Philippines.
