🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Talent Development Specialist - Employee Engagement, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative talent development programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and growth. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized learning experiences, leadership development initiatives, and employee recognition programs that enhance the overall employee value proposition. By doing so, you'll contribute significantly to our goal of becoming a top employer in Germany.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver comprehensive talent development programs that address specific business needs and employee skill gaps.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop program evaluations to measure success.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors, partners, and thought leaders in the field of talent development.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform program design and implementation.

• Work closely with the communications team to promote talent development initiatives through internal and external channels.

• Conduct regular needs assessments, program evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's strategic goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to junior talent development specialists.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.

• Develop and manage program budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and employee resource groups.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Industrial Relations, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering talent development programs, including workshops, training sessions, and coaching initiatives.

• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, leadership development models, and organizational change management principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and talent development software.

• Ability to travel up to 20% for business meetings and conferences.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.

• Experience working in the healthcare industry or with a health insurance provider.

• Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or performance improvement.

• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, mobile learning, and social learning theories.
