🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-campus medical facilities. You will report directly to the Director of Technical Operations and will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions to meet the needs of our facilities. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of care delivered to our patients, and you will be an integral part of our team.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities' operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting patient care.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff on the use of medical equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the technical needs of our facilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement processes to achieve them.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the healthcare industry and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.
- Collaborate with the facilities' leadership team to develop and implement plans for the acquisition and implementation of new medical equipment and systems.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a network of technical professionals to provide support and guidance on technical issues.
- Participate in the development of technical policies and procedures.
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as electrical or mechanical engineering, computer science, or information technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical operations role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and systems, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with project management and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software.
- Certification in a relevant technical field, such as Lean Six Sigma or ITIL.

- Master's degree in a technical field.
- Experience with healthcare software, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Familiarity with medical equipment certification and testing.
- Experience with technical writing and documentation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and OSHA.

- Salary range: MXN 500,000 to MXN 800,000 per month.
