🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical projects across global regions, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery. You will report directly to the Director of Global Operations and will have a significant impact on our company's ability to execute on its strategic objectives. This role will require strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage project scope, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that deliverables meet customer and business needs
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
• Develop and implement project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and develop process improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Familiarity with medical device industry regulations and standards

• Salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
