🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior UX Designer for International Streaming Services, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform for millions of users around the world. Reporting to the Director of UX Design, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, user-centered products that meet the evolving needs of our audience. Your expertise will drive the creation of innovative design solutions that balance business goals with user needs, resulting in increased engagement, retention, and satisfaction. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate design solutions

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to design and deliver high-quality products

Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across products

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs

Partner with visual designers to develop and implement visual design solutions that align with our brand guidelines

Develop and deliver design concepts, prototypes, and final designs for new features and products

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design process

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and solutions

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision

Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies

Ability to communicate complex design ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in a related field

Experience working on international products or services

Familiarity with cloud-based design tools and platforms

Certification in UX design or related field

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
