🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Sephora E-commerce Experience Manager for Latin America Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading the e-commerce strategy and development for the region. You'll work closely with the Marketing team to create engaging product experiences, optimize website performance, and drive online sales. You'll be the key point of contact for e-commerce-related projects and initiatives in Latin America.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive growth and sales across Latin America. Manage and optimize the Sephora Mexico website for improved user experience and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new product lines and collections online. Conduct regular analytics and performance reporting to inform e-commerce decisions. Ensure that the e-commerce platform aligns with Sephora's brand and aesthetic standards.

Develop and manage e-commerce marketing campaigns to promote Sephora Mexico's brand and products. Collaborate with social media teams to create engaging content and promotions. Work with influencer marketing teams to identify and partner with local influencers. Plan and implement special promotions and events to drive online sales.

Work with the IT department to ensure seamless integration with the e-commerce platform, inventory management, and other systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure that the website is always available and running smoothly.

Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Sephora's online presence remains competitive and innovative.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, marketing, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven track record of success in driving e-commerce growth and sales. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics.

Experience working with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a similar role in the beauty or retail industry. Knowledge of Latin American market trends and consumer behavior. Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
