π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Sephora E-commerce Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce platform in Mexico. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform data-driven strategies that drive sales and revenue growth. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and supply chain, to develop and execute e-commerce strategies that meet our business objectives. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving beauty retail landscape.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Analyze consumer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our e-commerce platform. . Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that align with our business objectives and drive sales and revenue growth. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns and promotions. . Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations on how to stay ahead in the market. . Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of e-commerce strategies. . Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend new approaches and tools to improve our e-commerce platform. . Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and vendors. . Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. . Develop and manage e-commerce budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, or a related field. . Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. . Proven experience in analyzing consumer data and market trends to inform data-driven strategies. . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. . Experience working with e-commerce platforms, including Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or similar tools. . Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. . Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. . Experience working in the beauty and personal care industry, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing. . Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
