🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Brand Experience Manager - Retail Operations, you will be the key driver of Sephora's brand vision and retail operations strategy in Germany. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative retail experiences that drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and brand differentiation. Your impact will be measured through key performance indicators such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, marketing, and visual merchandising, to ensure seamless execution of retail strategies.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute retail operations strategies to drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and brand differentiation.

Create and implement immersive retail experiences through innovative store designs, visual merchandising, and interactive technologies.

Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure seamless execution of retail strategies, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and employee training.

Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.

Analyze sales data and customer insights to inform retail strategies and adjust the brand experience accordingly.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including store operations, marketing, and visual merchandising teams.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform retail strategies.

Develop and manage budget plans for retail operations and marketing initiatives.

Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in retail operations, brand management, or marketing, with a focus on luxury or prestige brands.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer loyalty through innovative retail experiences.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM and retail analytics tools preferred.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or equivalent business degree.

Experience working in the beauty or fashion industry.

Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other retail operations software.

Certification in retail management or marketing.
