🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Content Strategist at Sephora UK, you will play a key role in shaping the digital content strategy for our e-commerce platform and social media channels. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement content plans that drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying trends, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize our digital content performance. Your work will have a significant impact on the growth and success of Sephora's e-commerce business in the UK.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement digital content strategies that align with Sephora's brand goals and customer needs.

Create high-quality, engaging content for our e-commerce platform, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with our creative teams to design and develop visually appealing content that showcases our products and brand story.

Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and sales data to inform content optimization and improvement opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure Sephora's digital content remains relevant and competitive.

Collaborate with our social media teams to develop and execute social media content plans that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Work closely with our e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of content with product information and customer experiences.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in digital content strategy, marketing, or a related field.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools and metrics to inform content decisions.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital content strategies that drive business results.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.

Familiarity with Sephora's brand and products.

Additional certifications in digital marketing or content creation (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

Experience working with e-commerce platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Hootsuite).

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

£55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
