π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Store Operations Manager β E-Commerce Integration, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of e-commerce solutions in our stores, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will have a direct impact on our company's ability to stay competitive in the market.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience; Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new e-commerce platforms with existing systems; Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement; Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Provide training and support to store staff on e-commerce best practices; Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and events; Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency; Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in retail operations or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Proven experience in e-commerce integration and implementation; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with inventory management systems and data analysis tools; Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and payment gateways; Familiarity with industry trends and best practices; Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field; Fluency in Spanish and English; Experience working with cross-functional teams.
