šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Store Operations Manager with Family Dollar, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. You will be responsible for managing a team of store employees, overseeing store maintenance, and implementing processes to improve store efficiency. You will report directly to the Store Operations Director and will be expected to provide input on store operations and strategies to drive business growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our stores and contribute to the growth and development of our team. You will work closely with store employees to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage store inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Implement processes to improve store efficiency, including workflow optimization and supply chain management.
Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Analyze store sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Manage store budgets, including inventory, labor, and expenses.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in retail operations or management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record of improving store efficiency and driving business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with supply chain management and inventory control.
Certification in retail operations or management.
Strong knowledge of retail software and systems, including POS and inventory management.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

We offer a competitive salary range of ā¬60,000 - ā¬80,000 per year, depending on experience.
