π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Strategic Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation in Germany. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives. You will report directly to our German Market Head and work closely with our cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. Your impact will be felt across our entire organization, from increasing brand awareness to driving sales and customer engagement.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that targets our German customer base, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
β’ Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform our digital marketing efforts.
β’ Collaborate with our creative agency to develop high-quality digital content, including videos, images, and social media posts.
β’ Manage and optimize our digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
β’ Work closely with our product development team to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing elements into our overall customer experience.
β’ Analyze and report on the performance of our digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
β’ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with our team.
β’ Develop and maintain relationships with key digital marketing stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and partners.
β’ Collaborate with our social media team to develop and execute engaging content calendars and social media campaigns.
β’ Identify and execute opportunities to improve our digital marketing infrastructure, including website updates and platform integrations.
β’ Collaborate with our customer loyalty team to develop and execute loyalty programs and promotions.
β’ Develop and manage our digital marketing budget, including forecasting and reporting.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on market research and analysis.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
β’ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other digital marketing tools.
β’ Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
β’ Strong understanding of German marketing regulations and guidelines.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
β’ Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in digital marketing.
β’ Familiarity with German customer data protection regulations (DSGVO).
β’ Experience with digital marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot.

We offer a competitive salary range of β¬50,000 - β¬80,000 per year, depending on experience.
