🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise from our distribution centers to our stores across Germany. You will work closely with our logistics team to optimize inventory levels, manage transportation costs, and ensure timely deliveries. This role exists to bridge the gap between our supply chain operations and store operations, ensuring that our stores have the products they need to meet customer demand. You will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and coordinate the transportation of merchandise from distribution centers to stores across Germany.

Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure that stores have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.

Work with the store operations team to identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.

Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Analyze and resolve issues related to shipments, inventory, and transportation.

Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers and distribution centers.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Experience with transportation management systems and logistics software.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

German language proficiency required.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in managing inventory and transportation for a retailer.

Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

Experience with data visualization tools and software.

Fluency in multiple languages, including English.
