šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our UK stores. You will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize our supply chain operations.
You will be the primary point of contact for all logistics-related matters and will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in ensuring that our stores receive the products they need, when they need them.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
. Manage and resolve logistics-related issues, including damaged or missing shipments
. Work with carriers to negotiate rates and optimize delivery routes
. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and carriers
. Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
. Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate risks and disruptions
. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 2+ years of experience in supply chain logistics, transportation, or a related field
. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
. Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws, including customs clearance and tariffs
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
. Certification in Supply Chain Management, such as CSCP or CLTD
. Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish or French
. Experience working with international suppliers and carriers
