🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Supply Chain Logistics Manager - Procurement Excellence, you will be responsible for leading our procurement team to achieve supply chain excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain processes. You will report directly to the Director of Logistics and supply chain and will have a significant impact on the company's growth and profitability.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives

- Lead a team of procurement specialists to achieve high-quality and cost-effective procurement outcomes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain visibility and efficiency

- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure excellent service delivery

- Analyze data to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs

- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in supply chain logistics management

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Demonstrated expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Experience with supply chain software and tools (e.g., Manhattan Associates, SAP)

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD)

- Experience in a similar role within the foodservice industry

- Knowledge of German language (spoken and written)
