🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Marketing Strategist for Taco Bell International, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our digital marketing campaigns across Europe. You will work closely with our global marketing team to understand our brand's goals and objectives and to create innovative digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will report directly to our International Marketing Manager and will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of our digital marketing campaigns.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Europe, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Collaborate with our global marketing team to ensure that all digital marketing campaigns align with our brand's overall goals and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure that our digital marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing tools and technologies and provide recommendations for implementing new tools and technologies to improve our digital marketing efforts.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and email marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Experience with email marketing software and search engine optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.

Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of European marketing regulations and laws. Experience working with external vendors and partners. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of 55,000-75,000 EUR per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and vacation days.
