šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent across the DACH markets. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, hiring managers, and employees. Your efforts will have a direct impact on driving business growth, improving employee satisfaction, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, and external partners, including recruitment agencies.
Develop and manage the annual budget for talent acquisition and employee experience programs.
Analyze and report key metrics on talent acquisition and employee experience, including time-to-hire, employee satisfaction, and retention rates.
Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR processes and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee experience.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or employee experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in implementing strategic talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong understanding of German employment law and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Talent Acquisition or Employee Engagement.
Experience working with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
Fluency in German and/or additional European languages.
