šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Talent Acquisition Manager - Aviation Industry Expertise, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent for the Aviation Industry. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with hiring managers and department leads to identify talent gaps and develop strategic recruitment plans to fill them. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you help shape the future of our workforce and contribute to our continued success.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Aviation Industry, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, department leads, and external partners.
Create and manage job postings, job descriptions, and job postings to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background checks to ensure candidate quality and compliance.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) plan.
Analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and diversity metrics, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates and insights to management on recruitment metrics, trends, and best practices.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Aviation Industry, including trends, challenges, and emerging technologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry-leading recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, including staffing agencies, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers, and technology partners.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
SHRM-CP or HRCI certification (or willingness to obtain).
Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and strategies.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the Aviation Industry or a related field.
PHR or SPHR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin).
