🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA Expansion, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our European, Middle Eastern, and African operations. You will work closely with our hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build relationships with top talent, and drive the growth of our team. You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead and be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to support the hiring needs of our EMEA operations

* Build and maintain relationships with top talent in the region, including candidates, recruiters, and partners

* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop effective recruitment strategies

* Source, screen, and present top candidates for open positions

* Negotiate salary and benefits packages to secure top talent

* Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment efforts

* Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices

* Manage a team of recruitment coordinators and provide guidance and support as needed

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, with a strong background in recruitment and employee experience

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

* Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, metrics, and best practices

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

* Ability to build relationships with top talent and influence hiring decisions

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform recruitment decisions

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

* Knowledge of European, Middle Eastern, and African labor laws and regulations

* Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI

* Fluency in multiple languages, including English, French, German, and/or Arabic

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including private health insurance, a contributory pension scheme, and a generous annual leave policy.
