🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Enterprise Partnerships, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support our enterprise partnerships across the UK. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and work closely with our business leaders to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that meet our business objectives. Your impact will be seen in the quality of our hires, who will contribute to driving growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing our brand reputation.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the needs of our enterprise partnerships

. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies

. Design and deliver effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent

. Manage a portfolio of recruitment projects, including end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer extension

. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, to ensure a smooth recruitment process

. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies

. Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes

. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to support our recruitment efforts

. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and employment

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field

. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment projects

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment regulations

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

. Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or Certified Recruiter (CR) certification

. Experience working in a retail or consumer goods industry

. Knowledge of data analytics and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Enterprise Partnerships at CostCo, you can expect a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
