π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Talent Acquisition Manager β German Market Expansion, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent in Germany to support our market growth and expansion plans. You will report directly to the HR Director for Europe and work closely with the business leaders to develop strategic recruitment plans and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your success in this role will contribute to the growth and success of our German operations and ultimately the company's overall performance.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit top talent in Germany across various functions, managing a team of recruiters to achieve targets. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for German market, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective solutions. Create and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, and other support functions. Develop and manage budgets for recruitment expenses, including advertising, agency fees, and other related costs. Analyze and report recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Strong knowledge of German labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficient in HRIS systems, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel frequently to our offices in Germany and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience working in a multinational company, with a strong understanding of global recruitment practices. Knowledge of data analytics and recruitment metrics. Certification in Recruitment or HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI. Proficiency in a second language, such as English, Spanish, or French.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of EUR 55,000 - EUR 75,000, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
