As a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping ADP's global recruitment strategy and operations. You will report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborate closely with our recruitment teams worldwide. Your primary objective will be to drive process improvements, optimize our talent acquisition systems, and enhance the candidate experience. Your strategic approach will help us attract top talent and achieve our business objectives.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement global recruitment process improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.

* Analyze and optimize our talent acquisition systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment marketing platforms.

* Collaborate with our recruitment teams worldwide to design and implement region-specific recruitment strategies.

* Develop and implement metrics to measure recruitment performance and provide actionable insights to enhance business outcomes.

* Design and deliver training programs for recruitment teams on best practices, new tools, and recruitment strategies.

* Foster strong relationships with our recruitment partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality recruitment experience.

* Identify and mitigate risks associated with recruitment operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

* Drive the development and implementation of a global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy in recruitment, ensuring alignment with ADP's overall DEI vision.

* Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, promoting our employer brand and attracting top talent.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international organization.

* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven expertise in recruitment process improvement, systems optimization, and metrics-driven decision-making.

* Strong understanding of global recruitment regulations, laws, and best practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in ATS, recruitment marketing platforms, and HRIS systems.

* Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language (e.g., German, French, Spanish).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

* Experience with recruitment analytics tools, such as Visage or Workboard.

* Familiarity with cloud-based recruitment platforms, such as Indeed or LinkedIn Recruiter.

* Strong understanding of global talent markets and trends.
