As a Talent Acquisition Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our key enterprise clients, driving strategic recruitment initiatives, and ensuring the success of our business operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that meet the evolving needs of our fast-paced business. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a collaborative culture, driving innovation, and delivering top talent to our teams.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our business operations, including creation of job descriptions, development of interview plans, and coordination with hiring managers. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to drive business growth and revenue expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Business Operations, to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives. Provide expert guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate sourcing. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize recruitment strategies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in recruitment, talent acquisition, and business operations, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our processes and systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to data protection, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Develop and manage budgets for recruitment initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment and talent acquisition, providing guidance and support to other business leaders and stakeholders as needed.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.. Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on enterprise clients and strategic partnerships. Expertise in recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on results-driven execution.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.. 3+ years of experience in business operations, talent management, or a related field. Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition, such as the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
