🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Management Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our talent management strategies and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize the performance of our HR systems, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. This role reports to the Director of Talent Management and will work in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, IT, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless system integration, data accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, configure, and implement HR systems to meet the evolving needs of the organization, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity.

- Develop and maintain talent management dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements, integrating with other HR systems as needed.

- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform talent management strategies and business decisions.

- Develop and implement metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.

- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Management and HR Business Partners to develop, implement, and communicate talent management strategies.

- Provide training and support to HR teams and line leaders on the use of HR systems and technology.

- Stay up-to-date with new HR technologies, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement of our HR systems and processes.

- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, implementation, or management, with a focus on talent management and analytics.

- Proven experience with HR software systems, including Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Experience with system implementation, configuration, and integration.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Certification in HRBP (HR Business Partner) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional).

- Experience with cloud-based HR systems and data analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.

- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementation and configuration.
