šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Technical Operations Manager for Scaled Cloud Services, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure, scalability, and reliability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success, to identify and resolve technical issues, improve processes, and drive operational excellence. You'll report to the Head of Technical Operations and will have significant impact on the overall success of our business.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support high-traffic applications and services.

Develop and maintain complex monitoring and analytics tools to ensure real-time visibility into system performance and health.

Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases to ensure effective knowledge sharing and transfer.

Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective technical operations, including incident management, change management, and capacity planning.

Collaborate with the customer success team to resolve technical issues and provide support to customers.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, cloud infrastructure, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Expert-level knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with monitoring and analytics tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications in cloud infrastructure, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Certified Solutions Architect.

Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience with technical writing and documentation.
