šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a UK Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to expand our charging network in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the UK Charging Infrastructure Manager, you will work closely with our team to identify and develop new charging locations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in the UK.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UK charging infrastructure regulations and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize new charging locations based on customer demand, grid capacity, and other relevant factors.
Conduct site visits to assess charging infrastructure needs and provide recommendations to the charging team.
Work with local authorities and utility companies to secure necessary permits and approvals for new charging locations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including charging station owners, developers, and local authorities.
Provide expertise on charging infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance to internal teams and external partners.
Stay up-to-date with the latest charging technologies and developments, and provide recommendations for their deployment in the UK.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of experience in a related field, such as engineering, project management, or sales.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or business administration.
Proven experience working with charging infrastructure systems and technologies.
Strong knowledge of UK charging regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business administration.
Certification in a relevant area, such as electric vehicle charging installation or project management.
Experience working in the electric vehicle or renewable energy industry.
Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) and spatial analysis tools.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £50,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
