The Digital Transformation Strategy Lead contractor will play a crucial role in shaping United Airlines' digital strategy, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for digital transformation. • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with United Airlines' business goals and customer needs.

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of digital projects, including process automation, customer experience improvement initiatives, and digital product development.

• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of digital projects and minimize disruption to business operations.

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation leadership roles, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

• Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations, driving revenue growth, and improving customer experience.

• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and mobile applications.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Lean principles, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
