šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Experience Strategist at USPS, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital presence and enhancing the overall customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives, drive strategic planning and execution, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your impact will be seen in the seamless and intuitive experience we provide to our customers, setting us apart from competitors and driving long-term growth.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement digital strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition, resulting in measurable improvements to metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the creative team to design and launch innovative digital experiences, including website redesigns, social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
Analyze data and metrics to inform digital decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and optimize digital marketing efforts.
Work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration with technology systems and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department leads, and external partners.
Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and platforms to drive business results and stay ahead of industry trends.
Develop and manage budgets for digital initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI tracking.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital experience strategy, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a large-scale organization or government agency.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital initiatives, resulting in measurable business outcomes.
Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, IT, and executive stakeholders.
Certification in digital marketing or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics).
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience working in a government or non-profit organization.
Familiarity with USPS' brand, mission, and values.
Strong understanding of the postal industry and its trends.
Certification in project management (e.g. Agile, PMP).

$50,000 - $80,000 base salary (dependent on experience) in addition to:
