π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Workday Data Analyst β EMEA Sales Insights, you will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making by analyzing sales performance data across the EMEA region. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to provide insights and recommendations that inform sales strategies and tactics. You will be responsible for building and maintaining data models, creating reports and dashboards, and identifying areas for process improvement.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain data models and reports to support sales performance analysis across the EMEA region.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key sales metrics and provide real-time insights to sales leadership.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
Provide data-driven recommendations to sales leadership to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the sales operations team to develop and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with sales team members to understand business needs and provide timely support.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with data modeling and reporting tools such as SQL or Oracle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Workday or AWS.
Certification in data analysis or business intelligence.
